During the selling process, I will keep you aware of all buyers who look at your home and provide you with any constructive criticism I receive. I will send you copies of all advertising and am always available to answer your questions.
Once a contract is accepted, I keep track of all the details of the transaction. I make sure both you and the buyer stay in compliance with the contract. I help you with every step and will attend closing with you.
If you need to find a home once yours is sold, I will commit whatever time is required to find your new home. I will help you schedule back-to-back closings making a smooth single move for you.
